What is a summer enrichment program? It’s a two-week, hands-on STEAM-themed camp designed for students entering PreK–5th grade in the upcoming school year. Students will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math through engaging, interactive experiences. This year's theme is "STEAM-tacular"!

Get ready for carnival-inspired fun and creativity! Campers will create, perform, build, design & experiment as they explore visual arts, music, dance, drama, STEM challenges, and engineering projects - all inspired by the energy and excitement of a carnival. 

CAMP DATES: JUNE 22-JULY 3, 2026 (WEEKDAYS)

CAMP TIMES: 8:30am-3:30am

CAMP LOCATION: Saint Martin STEAM Academy (716 N. Main St., Saint Martinville)

GRADES: Upcoming PreK-5th Grade for Fall 2026

ELIGIBILITY: All students in Saint Martin Parish are eligible to apply. Zoned students & select Cecilia/Teche students will receive priority placement. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance status once the review process is complete.

We have TWO special Family Days this year where families of campers are invited to attend a special carnival that their campers will be putting on which will showcase some of the exciting projects that they have worked on during their time spent at camp! 

June 26th (Friday):

• 11:30am-12:30pm: Lunch is provided
• 12:30pm-3:30pm: Carnival for families

July 2nd (Thursday):

• 11:30am-12:30pm: Lunch is provided
• 12:30pm-3:30pm: Carnival for families

Please complete one application PER student. Applications can be submitted online above, printed and emailed to magnet@saintmartinschools.org, or forms can be picked up and dropped off in the school office at both Saint Martin Early STEAM Academy (SMESA) and/or Saint Martin STEAM Academy (SMSA). Applications are due by April 30, 2026. Any student in Saint Martin Parish is eligible to apply but zoned students and select Cecilia/Teche students will receive priority placement.
